About Brazos County Court Docket

Brazos County court dockets do not sit in one office or one database. District and county courts, four Justice Courts, and the municipal courts in Bryan and College Station each have distinct roles. The District Clerk, County Clerk, JP clerks, and municipal clerks also divide custody by case type. This private reference organizes those official routes so readers can identify the right portal, counter, form, or phone number.

Why We Built This Site

Texas court access depends on the kind of record requested. Case records are controlled by law, court rules, and the clerk or court that holds them, while Texas Rule of Judicial Administration 12 applies to certain judicial records. In Brazos County, Justice Web can locate cases, judgments, and hearings, but its own notice limits online document access for most documents after September 1, 2019. The statewide re:SearchTX portal is a separate layer, not a replacement for the local custodian. This site brings those boundaries, contact details, and request routes together without claiming to hold the records.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, Brazos County office, clerk, or state agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
