This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the office named on the citation, notice, or case filing. Brazos County divides record custody by court and case type:
- District civil, family, juvenile, felony, and listed misdemeanor files: contact the Brazos County District Clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, then confirm changes with the clerk or court coordinator
- Probate, guardianship, county civil, and official records: ask the Brazos County Clerk whether that office is the custodian
- JP cases and citations: contact the clerk for Justice of the Peace Precinct 1, 2, 3, or 4 shown on the papers
- Bryan or College Station Class C matters: contact that city's municipal court rather than a county clerk
The Brazos County District Clerk is at 300 E 26th St, Suites 1200/1201, Bryan, TX 77803, and can be reached at (979) 361-4230. The official office page lists Monday through Friday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Brazos County Clerk is in Suite 1430 at the same street address and can be reached at (979) 361-4128. Confirm the correct custodian before mailing a request or payment.
